Shipping Information

 

All internet orders received Monday - Thursday for stock items ship within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday - Sunday for stock items will be processed the following Monday, or the next business day, in the event of a holiday. Shipping method(s)will be determined by product, weight, and shipping location within the United States. Please call 1-800-562-3227 for orders exceeding $1,500.00 to determine the best method of shipment. Please specify if the ship to location is a residence and/or if an appointment is required prior to delivery as additional fees will apply. USPS will be used for addresses with a post office box. For USPS Estimated Delivery Times, see USPS Estimated Delivery Times. This is an estimate only. Most small packages ship FedEx US Ground Shipping, unless otherwise requested. FedEx Shipping estimates and map are provided by FedEx. CargoControl.com cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving before, or after the estimated delivery date. FedEx Tracking numbers are emailed to the address used when ordering after the order has left our facility, so you may Track your FedEx Package(s).

Returns

 

Prior approval is required for all returns. Please contact a Sales Representative at 800-LOAD-BAR to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning product. Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns are not accepted unless approved prior to shipment. For items returning for a valid warranty claim, freight will be paid by CargoControl.com. Returned merchandise to be restocked, must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Products returned due to customer error may be accommodated but will be subject to a 15-25% restocking charge. Special order and custom items are not eligible for return.

 

Custom Products

 

Some custom products such as cargo nets, custom tie downs, some decking/shoring beams, are custom made and have varying lead times. Custom products are not stocked in our warehouse. Lead times on custom products will vary depending on order size, and backlog. Questions regarding stock items or custom products and lead times may be addressed by reviewing the individual product listing(s), or by phone Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (CST).

 

Freight

 

Prices are F.O.B. (Freight-on-Board) Glen Rose, TX. Freight charges are dependent upon carrier rates and therefore subject to change without notice. Transit times will vary depending on location.

 

Damaged, Incomplete, or Missing Orders

 

Please notify CargoControl.com of any damaged, incomplete, or missing orders within 72 hours after the order is estimated to arrive. As the purchaser, you are responsible for inspecting the shipment for damaged, incomplete or missing items, signing the freight bill indicating the shipment was damaged, incomplete, or missing items. Be sure to get the signature of the carrier on freight bills indicating damaged, incomplete, or missing items. For your protection, we suggest taking digital photos of the damaged merchandise.
